For this episode we aim to connect with and experience the energy of this world. All day, every day, you can feel this energy through the act of breathing. You can see this energy too, although it’s not often perceived as such. I hope this meditation helps you to recognize that which surrounds us all day but is not always clear or easy to feel and see.
