Finally back from a couple month break! The podcast will be back to its regular schedule or at least every 2 weeks. This meditation was inspired by an early morning adventure to watch the sunrise. I recommend trying it with a sunrise yourself or at least in a sunlit place. This meditation is a combination of breath awareness and guided imagery. I truly hope you enjoy it and look forward to the next episode.
