On this episode of the podcast I have for you a new repetition style meditation revolving around the idea of a single word. This one word could represent something that you wish to be, a feeling you wish to embody, something you want to obtain, anything of that nature but the goal of this guided meditation is to manifest something from this word. Words have great power, and the more we align ourselves with positive words and ways of thinking the less hold negative words and ways of thinking have over us.
