On this episode of the podcast I have a body scan rooted in gratitude for all that it provides and allows us to experience. The miracle of the human body is often overlooked as we move through life and my aim with guided meditation is to illuminate that miracle. I personally find body scans to be one of the most relaxing and grounding forms of mindfulness meditation. With this particular one I hope to leave you with a strong sense of appreciation for the body and all its capabilities.
