This meditation is all about finding balance. What it means to find balance and tools we can use to get there. The practice of meditation is one of your greatest tools to stay balanced in life. We are often so busy and focused on things outside the body & mind that we don't spend enough time looking inward. Spend more time looking inward, find that balance. This practice closes with the practice of Anuloma Viloma, or alternate nostril breathing to find balance between the right & left, sun & moon, "ha" & "tha" energies.
