For this episode of the podcast I have created a 5 minute SOS or emergency meditation. This meditation is for a time when you feel overwhelmed, for when everything just feels like too much and you need a moment to forget it all and just relax. It can also be used as a reminder of the tools you have readily available to you in difficult times. You hold more power than you may believe and you are stronger than you sometimes feel.
