This episode is a something I have not done before on the podcast but hope to do more of in the future. I wanted to do an episode that gives you more of an insight into who I am and how I began my meditation practice. So for this episode I take you through the three phases of my meditation journey so far and shine a light on what it has been like for me personally to discover my passion for it and to experience all the benefits first hand. Hopefully some of the information I share can help you with your meditation practice and aid you in reaching some breakthrough moments.
