Introducing Meditation 101! The Most In Depth Meditation Course for Beginners
Blessings everyone, today I want to take a moment to introduce my new complete course on the practice of meditation called Meditation 101: How to Build & Deepen Your At Home Practice. The most in depth meditation course for beginners. It’s been a passion project of mine for the better part of a year now and I couldn’t be happier to have it out in the world.. well almost! It will be released on October 3rd, just under a month from now. I will share a lot more about this in the coming weeks. Including interviews discussing meditation with all my mentors, a giveaway with some awesome prizes and a 5 day meditation challenge to dip your toes into different styles of meditation. The topics covered include the anatomy & benefits of meditation, meditation history, styles of meditation, postures for meditation plus demonstrations of them & exercises to make seated positions more accessible, finding your breath & basic pranayama, common challenges with meditation, distractions & how to overcome them, how to structure your at home practice through a series of questions, external resources and in depth japa meditation instruction.
