This weeks episode is a meditation for anxiety relief. We have a readily available and powerful tool to relieve feelings of anxiety. That tool being the breath. Specifically conscious control of the breath. A lot of what causes our anxiety is worry or uncertainty about what’s ahead. This is why a meditation practice is of such importance. It’s a step into presence every time you sit down to practice. It’s a step toward peace, every moment you spend within.
