Back with a new guided meditation this week. One I have wanted to do for a while but wasn’t able to get the concept and script down for until recently. I love the sound of rain and have always believed that nature provides us with an abundance of things that can be used to find moments of peace among that which brings us unease. You need only remember they are there. I have done many meditations that follow that idea and will continue to do so as they tend to be the most popular ones. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed creating it.
